Tian Yuan Provided Legal Services for Sinotrans‘s Acquisition of 170 Mu Storage Yard Land in Cuntan Port of Chongqing

On August 16, 2007, Sinotrans Limited (“Sinotrans”), Chongqing Shuangyuan Industry (Group) Co., LTD. and other parties held a contract signing ceremony for the Chongqing Cuntan Project at Beijing Jinyun Square, the parties to the contract reached consensus and uted relevant agreements on Sinotrans’ acquisition of 100% of the equity interest of Chongqing Shuangyuan Logistics Co., LTD and the storage yard land of 170 mu (Chinese land measuring unit) owned by Chongqing Shuangyuan Logistics Co., LTD.

Tian Yuan acted as the legal advisor to Sinotrans in the Chongqing Cuntan project, and provided legal services for the whole transaction, including but not limited to legal due diligence investigation, negotiation, legal documents drafting.  Tian Yuan team was head by Ren Yanling, and Chi Xiaomei also made valuable contribution.
