Mr. Zhu earned a Master of Law degree from the Peking University Law School; subsequently an LL.M. from IIT Chicago-Kent Law School. He was licensed to practice in China in 1999.
Mr. Zhu has represented more than a dozen clients before the People’s Supreme Court, as well as before the High Courts of several provinces. He has also represented clients participating in arbitrations before CIETAC in recent years. He works as long-term legal counsel to some of the top-tier Chinese corporations in their respective fields, such as China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd., China National Building Materials & Equipment Import & Export Corp., CNBM International Engineering Co., Ltd., China Life Insurance (Group) Company, Genertec International Warehouse and Transportation Co., Ltd., China Gold Coin Inc., and Beijing Er Shang Group.
Mr. Zhu is a member of the Security Law Committee of the Beijing Bar.

Mr. Zhu joined Tian Yuan Law Firm in 2002. Mr. Zhu’s fields of expertise include commercial litigation and arbitration procedures, international sale of goods, EPC, corporate law, estates law, financial law, intellectual property, anti-trust, family law, and art law.
