Tian Yuan is a major law firm of construction-related practice in China, providing professional services in various domestic and foreign-related projects, such as project planning; tendering; project company establishment; complete sets of equipment supply; turn-key construction contracting; project construction, operation and permission; and project-related export credit, international syndicated loan and other project financing arrangements. We provide legal advice to clients, including domestic and foreign project owners, project companies, contractors, commercial banks and government agencies, on issues regarding project legal structuring, financing, bond issuing, procurement structuring, and contractual arrangements among project owners, designers, engineers, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
