("Zouping Caijin") in completing the Japanese yen senior unsecured credit-enhanced offshore bond on November 24, 2023 of issuance. The bond issuance size is 7.1 billion yen, with a coupon rate of 2.3% and will mature in 2026. This bond was supported by a standby letter of credit provided by Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. and was listed on the China (Macau) Financial Assets Exchange Co., Ltd. ("Macau Exchange").
