Mr. Wu focuses on foreign direct investments, venture investments, M&A, corporate financing, and asset management. He also has extensive experience in foreign exchange administration and tax matters related therewith. Mr. Wu has represented Goldman Sachs International Asset Management, UOB, Solectron Corp., Sybase Inc., HP China, Fortis Bank, SG Securities, Tom.com, Enron, China Mobile, Legend Group, Haier Group, Brilliance Auto, Shanshan Group, and New Oriental pursuant to a variety of investments, M&As, and fund management projects.
Before joining Tian Yuan, Mr. Wu worked in China North Industry Corp. as an in-house counsel for three years and subsequently worked with Colin Ng & Partners LLP, a regional law firm in Singapore, as their PRC counsel for nearly two years.

Mr. Wu graduated from Peking University Law School in 1994. He first joined Tian Yuan in early 1999 and became a partner in the Capital Markets/Securities, Private Equity and Fund Formations, and Education divisions in 2002.
