Mr. Raymond Shi of Tian Yuan Authored a Chapter in "The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Corporate Governance 2019"
Global Legal Group ("GLG") introduced the publication of the 12th edition of International Comparative Legal Guide to: Corporate Governance 2019 (the "Guide") on 24 July 2019. The Guide is to provide an overview of the common issues in corporate governance area in 38 jurisdictions.
