Lyndon Li joined Tian Yuan Law Firm in 2024. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, domestic and international capital markets, foreign investment, and general corporate. Prior to this, Mr. Li worked with leading law firms in China as partner and associate, where he accumulated extensive experience.

 

Mr. Li has advised institutional investors as well as industrial investors in domestic and international equity and asset acquisitions, as well as the relevant business and structural reorganization, strategic cooperation arrangements involved in such acquisitions.

 

Mr. Li has represented numerous venture capital and private equity funds in their domestic and overseas investments. He also has advised enterprises at different stages, such as start-up, growth and maturity, in their domestic and cross-border equity financing transactions, business and structural reorganization (such as conversion of domestic and offshore red-chip structures, spin-offs, pre-listing structural adjustments, etc.), exit of investors and initial public offering and listing.

 

Mr. Li represents clients across diverse industries, including high-end manufacturing, semiconductors, artificial intelligence and big data, internet/mobile, financial services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and entertainment and media.
