  • Represented PanGao Inflatable Co., Ltd. in a commercial secrets dispute against Gelin Company, Peng Quan (fictitious name), and Feng Yi (fictitious name). The case was selected as a typical example of commercial secret cases by the Guangdong Higher People's Court

  • Representing Sichuan Yema Auto Co., Ltd., handled the trademark infringement case against Ford China involving the "Yema" trademark. This case is a typical example of Chinese companies filing a rights protection lawsuit against multinational corporations for trademark infringement and was selected as one of the Top 10 Typical Cases in Chengdu Courts in 2019

  • Representing the client, won the trademark rights lawsuit against HUGO BOSS in Germany, which was a typical boundary dispute between two well-known trademarks in the same category

  • Representing the client, successfully handled the administrative litigation case against the China National Intellectual Property Administration regarding the rejection of a biopharmaceutical patent. This case became the first biopharmaceutical patent case in the Supreme People's Court

  • Represented the largest and oldest professional Internet and electronic publishing organization in China, the Chinese Academic Journal (CAJ-CD) and the China Written Works Copyright Society, in the second-instance and retrial cases related to copyright infringement.
