Recently, the Beijing Higher People's Court issued a notice regarding the 2024 assessment results of bankruptcy administrators. In accordance with the "Trial Measures for the Assessment of Bankruptcy Administrators of the Beijing Higher People's Court," the Beijing Higher People's Court established a Bankruptcy Administrator Assessment Committee, which organized courts throughout Beijing and the Beijing Bankruptcy Administrator Association to assess the performance of registered bankruptcy administrators in Beijing in 2024. Following review and evaluation by the Bankruptcy Administrator Assessment Committee, Tian Yuan was awarded an "Excellent" rating in the 2024 Beijing Bankruptcy Administrator Assessment.
