Ms. Zhou has over ten years of experience in the field of antitrust and competition law. She has handled many landmark antitrust lawsuits with significant influence both in China and abroad, including Yangtze Pharme v. HIPI Pharma, the Hainan Yutai Case, the first hub-and-spoke case, the antitrust and FRAND litigations between Qualcomm and Apple, the antitrust and FRAND litigation between Qualcomm and Meizu, several lawsuits concerning abuses of dominance by internet platforms, and several other antitrust litigation cases before the Supreme People’s Court.
In the field of antitrust investigation, Ms. Zhou’s experiences covers a full range of antitrust matters, and has been highly recognized by clients for her expertise. Ms. Zhou is also well-versed in antitrust and competition law compliance, having served numerous clients from various industries.
Ms. Zhou also maintains the passion for antitrust legal research and has published many professional antitrust articles on well-known international publications such as CPI Antitrust Chronicle and Law360, and has co-authored the China Chapter of The Cartels and Leniency Review, the Practical Issues and Case Analysis of Chinese Antitrust Practice (published by Kluwer Law).
