Mr. Zhu has more than a decade of experience in antitrust and competition law. In antitrust investigations, his experience dates back to China’s first domestic antitrust investigation, the LCD Case. Since then, he has led numerous landmark cases across a range of sectors, including telecommunications, SEPs, the platform economy, and high-end manufacturing.
He has also handled multiple SEP-related antitrust and FRAND litigations, and defended a number of major internet platforms in antitrust litigations concerning alleged abusive conducts. In merger control, Mr. Zhu has represented clients in hundreds of cases and has extensive practical experience in merger filings and related government investigations. Over the years, he has become one of our clients’ most trusted advisors.
