Tian Yuan Law Firm is delighted to share that Chenyang Zhang was invited to speak at The Next Frontier of Lawyering: From ESG to GPT in Singapore between 3 and 4 August, 2023.
Jointly organized by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) and the Singapore Management University, the Conference brings together esteemed panelists on The State of the Legal Profession, Technology and the Legal Profession, The Client Perspective and The Art of Law Firm Management in Asia, as well as two concurrent tracks — Management Track or Technical Track — tailored for both lawyers and in-house counsels.
Chenyang Zhang spoke at the technical track of Cross-border Contracting in the Asian Context – Trips, Traps and Tips, where he leveraged his Chinese law and cross-border expertise in imparting practical knowledge about contracting across Asia. With his expertise on Chinese law and cross-border dispute resolution, Chenyang shared his practical experience and skills in different aspects including terms of art, contractual language, process of contract drafting, application of law, dispute resolution and etc. Chenyang also answered several questions from the audiences.
