Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited acted as the joint sponsors for this offering and listing project. IMPACT Therapeutics' Hong Kong offering received an enthusiastic market response, successfully introducing cornerstone investors including Nanjing Biomedical Valley Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (BPV), Huatai Capital Investment (for Huatai back-to-back TRS and Huatai client TRS), Tencent Holdings Limited, LAV entities, Ruiguan, WWHCP, and First Quarter Moon OFC—Phecda Fund. Its Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed by 2,282.4 times.
Founded in 2009, IMPACT Therapeutics is a commercial-stage, innovation-driven biotech company dedicated to advancing precision cancer therapies globally based on the mechanism of synthetic lethality, aiming to develop innovative therapies to address unmet medical needs of cancer patients.
